Once you have chosen your prefered membership, simply follow the steps below.

| 2. REGISTER YOUR CONTACT DETAILS
|
To place an advertisement you must first register.
You will be asked to complete a form, requiring your personal contact information.
These details are required by law and will remain confidential. They will not be published
on this site, or passed on to any other company.
You will also be asked to give a user name and password which you will use to login.
This will enable you to enter the Members Zone where you can add or modify your property details,
photos and contact information, or check the status of your advertisement at any time.
If you have selected a Silver, Gold or Platinum membership, once you have registered you will be
taken directly to the final payment step.

| 3. ADD PROPERTY DETAILS |
After registering you will be led through the Property Details and
Location Details section. If you have chosen a Silver, Gold or Platinum
Membership you are not required to complete this information as this is
included in your membership fee. You will be taken directly to the final
payment step. We will then contact you directly to make an appointment to view your property.

| 4. ADD PHOTOS |
If you have your photos prepared you can add them at this step. If not
it is possible to add them at any time. Photos should be in jpg or gif
format, dimensions of 310 wide x 230 high. You will also be able to add
floor plans in the same format.

| 5. MAKE PAYMENT |
Payment can be made online (using the secure PAYPAL payment process), by cheque,
transfer or cash at any La Caixa Bank. Your advertisement will only go live and
be viewable on the site once payment has been received.
