Just wanted to express how positively surprised I am with the response acquired through exposure on Mallorca Property Direct. I must admit, initially I was a bit sceptic, as I didn’t have a clear image of this site, and I am aware of the importance of image perception in this market.
Currently I market a series of properties in the range of 3 to 6 million €, as well as one which is just below 1 million. Up to date I’ve only included on your site the 1 million property, which I simultaneously have listed with some of the main agents on the island. The response I get through your site is probably 3 times greater than all the agents together, with an average of 3 potential buyers who actually came to visit the property per month, and I am currently negotiating the transaction with a buyer who indeed came through this site.
Currently the UK market is proving to be one of the most important, fast and trouble free real-estate buying force on Mallorca, and this web site clearly should be considered a main player in this market.
I have now listed all the remaining properties, which as mentioned, are destined to a higher market segment, and I’m keen to see if I’ll get the same level of response. If so, I would predict the sale of at least one of them through this site within 1 year. I’ll report on feedback shortly.

I made a really smart move the day that I contacted mallorcapropertydirect.com.
Having dealt with various estate agents here, with mixed and generally slow results, not to mention high rates of commission charge on a sale completion, I was really impressed and delighted by the sympathetic, helpfulness of this company. I had a quick look through and will do a more thorough scan later for properties for us to buy, but I think we would be interested in putting our rental property on it as soon as it is vacant (probably 2 or 3 weeks time).
