Property Direct Worldwide SL, trading as, and hereafter referred to as mallorcapropertydirect.com requires all advertisers to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Your advertising application will not be accepted until you have ticked the check box indicating that you agree to these terms.

Accuracy of information
Each advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of their information pertaining to the property published on this site. mallorcapropertydirect.com accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of this information, and reserve the right to edit all information supplied, to correct any spelling mistakes and reduce text should word limits be exceeded. We also reserve the right to edit, copy or amend the supplied photographs and text throughout this website, should we deem it necessary. Any contributions deemed inappropriate will be subject to deletion without notice.

The advertiser is responsible for keeping his/her property details up to date and accurate via our password-protected members' zone. This includes sale prices, rental tariff details and availability, contact information and property facility details.

Response to enquiries
In order to maximise the potential of your advertisement, as well as maintaining the reputation of mallorcapropertydirect.com, we request that advertisers respond promptly and accurately to all property enquiries generated by this site. We reserve the right to cancel any advertisement in response to any complaint pertaining to the failure to respond promptly and appropriately.

Contracts
mallorcapropertydirect.com accepts no responsibility or liability for negotiations between its property owners and site visitors. Buyers are advised to seek legal advice upon making an offer on a property, ensuring all property details and inclusions in the agreed price are detailed in writing within the Option Contract. Landlords are advised to confirm all the terms and conditions of the proposed rental contract in writing in advance of the booking. The advertiser is responsible for fixing the terms and rental fee paid by the customer. All advertisers rates may be subject to change without notice, we therefore advise that it is in the interest of both the landlord and the tenant to agree the price and terms in writing before agreeing to a booking in order to avoid any disputes. We recommend landlords purchase full insurance cover for your property. We accept no liability for loss of income due to last-minute cancellations of rentals, damage to property, theft etc.

Complaints
Should mallorcapropertydirect.com receive substantiated complaints from a client regarding the misrepresentation of a property for sale or to let, or an advertiser engages in any unacceptable practices, we reserve the right to remove the property from the mallorcapropertydirect.com web site without notice. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Management.

Photographs
Should you be unable to upload your photos directly, we do accept photos both by email and post. We recommend that you have your photos scanned and sent by email for speed, but if you prefer to post them please send them in a stamped, self addressed envelope. Please note that we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged photographs as a result of the postal service. If it's important to keep your photos, make sure you have duplicates made before you send them to us.

Copyright
mallorcapropertydirect.com claims copyright to the electronic images of the photographic material supplied by advertisers, and will be entitled to reproduce part or all of any advertisement, in whatever form, for the promotion of the site. We cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by advertisers.

Hyper-links
mallorcapropertydirect.com reserves the right to delete hyper links to, or addresses of, other web sites from advertisers pages without notice and at our discretion.

Multiple properties
Owners of multiple properties are able to advertise as many of those properties as they wish, but each must be advertised separately - i.e. with prices, photos, facilities information etc relating solely to an individual property. Payment
Payment for advertising must be made by credit card via PayPal via this web site, by cheque made payable to Property Direct Worldwide SL by post to the following address: Apartado Correos 85, 07340 Alaró, Mallorca,
or cash direct into the following bank account: La Caixa

Ref: Your name and property reference number
Your advertisement will not go live until your payment has cleared.

Invoices

Invoices can be accessed and printed out from the Members Zone once payment has been received and cleared.

Subscription renewal
You will be notified by email 2 weeks prior to your subscription renewal date. Failure to make payment by this renewal date will result in the immediate withdrawal of your property advert from our site, and your account suspended. As soon as your subscription payment is cleared, your property advertisement will be reinstated. Your advert will be kept in our database for 3 months after your subscription has expired – it will then be deleted from our database.

Login Details
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to keep login details secure. We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised access should login details be obtained by other means. Please inform us immediately should you suspect any unauthorised access.

Termination of contract
If advertisers wish to cancel their advertisement from the mallorcapropertydirect.com web site before the end of the subscription period, this will be done. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Refunds Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement for the mallorcapropertydirect.com web site should unsuitable material be supplied. Refunds will be made at the discretion of the Management.
